It sounds like you need power for more than just the Mini, so I would recommend a general purpose power station vs a dedicated battery for the Mini. Jackery, EcoFlow, all of the major brands are fine and roughly the same. I have experience with EcoFlow and have been using an older River 2 for years. It’s on the smaller side. I’d recommend something around 600wh for general purpose.
For the Mini all you really need is a USB-C port rated at 100w or more, or a regular 12V outlet. You could even use AC power. I’d recommend using the 12V outlet with the Stargear 12-24V adapter. That lets you use the Mini’s 50 ft DC power cable, ideal for setting up the Mini in a clearing at camp.
I’m personally looking at the EcoFlow River 2 Pro and waiting for a sale. Has good capacity, all the ports I want (including solar and 12V output), and is pretty affordable for what you get. I’m also looking at Jackery but I think I like the EcoFlow app more than Jackery.
Btw the Mini only really uses around 20 watts average. Almost never goes above 30w, and only approaches 50-60w during boot up or if it’s snowing or raining heavily.
