Has anyone already tested the new 100mbs 200mbs and max service plans?

Are they actually capped at the advertised speeds or are they faster?
In my experience Starlink advertised slower speeds then you actually got.

In Germany Residential lite was advertised with +220mbs but most of the time it was between 250 - 400 mbs.

I'm wondering if the new 100mbs plan for the same price as the Recent lite plan is really restricted or not.

And the 200mbs plan now costs as much as the old standart Residential in Germany.

If they actually slowed down these service plan the new plans would mean the service planes nearly doubled in monthly costs.

I'm currently testing Residential 100 Mbps for a review video. The speeds on the 100 and 200 plans are capped at those speeds. I might get a few Mbps over, like I just ran a speed test and got 105 Mbps down, 40 up. But it's a hard cap at roughly the advertised speed.

Like you mentioned, the previous Lite plan was not necessarily hard capped, you were just deprioritized. But these new plans are different. In some markets this means essentially a price increase if you are going from Lite to a speed capped plan for the same price.
